He writes really interesting stuff, too. I've read both his fiction and non-fiction and I found them to be pretty amusing. Kitchen Confidential was the book that launched his career I think. And he wrote a book called Gone Bamboo which is set in St. Maarten, an island I lived on growing up.
Hmm, I didn't even know about Gone Bamboo. I'll have to pick it up. My husband and I spent 1/2 our honeymoon in St. Maarten--beautiful place. I just started Nasty Bits by Bourdain which is also great. Oh and thanks for visiting my blog! :)
