QotD: Food Overload
Which foods do you eat a lot of?
Well, with the exception of unforeseen circumstances like 36-hour power outages, we always have about 7 or 8 varieties of cheese in the fridge. I also eat a lot of lean proteins, potatoes and absurd amounts of asparagus.
Pretty much every single day, I have some sort of Kashi granola bar.
Too much of?
BREAD. But lately? Everything! I really need to jump back on the healthy eating wagon (if it can hold me). The summer was not too good but I am hoping to be a calorie conscious angel until the holidays.
