yummmmm!!!

Thanks for the lesson, lol. I'll be sure to trick my friends with the phobia Q.

The dish looks great, as usual.

Oh, I've been waiting for this. I'll be making it tomorrow. It looks and sounds wonderful!
Yum, yum, and MORE yum! This looks fantastic and full of all my favorite flavors!
s looks awesome, elly. and your tenderloin sounds incredible as well. i really need to plan a trip to chicago so you can cook for me :-)
This is great Elly. Always a inner and quite healthy really. I add tomatoes but only a small amount. LOL at your guide to Greek. Very entertaining.
I have definitely tried this before Elly...simply delicious...I don't suffer from spanakophobe that's for sure:D
I did not like this dish as a kid but I've matured as an open-minded eater and I enjoy both vegetarian and a meat Spanakorizo. Elly, she's a beauty!
Oh, I just have to get my greek cookbook out... I've been meaning to cook from it for ages, but it's not very diet-friendly. However, I might do a greek-themed BBQ in a couple of weeks for my parents. If the weather holds.
oh man... two of my favorite ingredients... i <3 rice and i uber-<3 spinach! Haha, sounds like an awesome dish, Elly!

This seems like a great idea. I'm always looking for ways to jazz up rice with onions, spices, saffron etc., but spinach never occurred to me. Very clever. I'll definitely try this out.
Spanakorizo is a great side dish. I really like the dill, spinach and lemon flavour combo.
Very clever! Looks like a nice side dish.

Elly, your spanakorizo looks delicious! And I am totally using the words spanakophobe and rizophile on my husband. It's like you picked those words just to describe him! lmao :)
I usually make it with tomato and as a main dish but this sounds delicious as a side dish.
